Minsk terrorist’s father takes blame upon himself

According to LifeNews, Henadz K. is trying to shield his sons Dzmitry and Alyaksandr arrested with him. All of them are suspected of connection with the explosion at “October” metro station.

It has been reported that 25-year-old Dzmitry K. confessed that he organized, prepared and carried out the explosion at the first interrogations. However, the investigators received controversial evidence when they arrested his father and brother.

His father, Henadz K. is a watchmaker. He has confessed that he made the clockwork for his son’s bombs. A source in the investigation department has informed LifeNews about it. The father has confessed that he knew about his son’s intentions and did not inform the police about them on purpose.

K. Sr.  claimed at one of his interrogations that he had organized the terrorist act and involved his sons in it. However, the investigators think that the father is trying to shield his sons and to reduce their sentence.  Moreover, the prime suspect, self-taught chemist Dzmitry K., refuted his father’s version. He pleads guilty but does not repent.
