The man tried to transport illegally 670 packages of oat-flakes through the border
He was detained 15 meters away from the Belarusian-Ukrainian border in Volyn region. The Ukrainian frontier guards detected the law-breaker due to thermal imagery device, writes VolynPost.
The frontier guards evaluated the contraband as approximately 830 USD. They are now looking for his copartners.
