Russian channels cut off on April 23 in Pinsk
Russian channels REN-TV and TVC have been cut off in Pinsk today. Owners of the city cable networks managed to endure 23 days after the channels had been cut off all over Belarus. However, they have not managed to ignore the private decision of the authorities. The disgraced channels have been replaced with RTVi and “Vesti” on request of the ideology department.
