Russian citizen Artsiom Breus to stay in detention center

Belarusian law-enforcement agencies refused to change the restraint for the citizen of Russia Artsiom Breus, arrested upon the criminal case on the "mass disturbances" in Minsk on December 19. RIA Novosti has  informed this with a reference to the Russian Embassy's representative Vadzim Huseu.  "The Russian Embassy is disappointed with the information provided by the lawyer. Breus is in the pre-trial detention center now", — Huseu said.
