Russian citizen is detained in connection with July 4 blast
A Russian citizen has been detained on suspicion of connection with the explosion that took place in Minsk on July 4. It is a 24-year-old man, Vladimir Belunin. He is a student of one of Minsk universities. The parents of the detained claim that he is seriously ill and cannot eat normally.
It is reported that Belunin has already been detained several times. At first his was detained right after an exam. A search was conducted in his flat at the same time. The student’s power unit and cell phone were confiscated. The Russian was detained on July 9 for the second time and has been in the confinement cell in Akrestsina Street since then.
