Russian crude oil supplies to Belarus down by three times

significantly Russia has continued supplying crude oil to Belarus, but the volume has decreased.  Over the first three weeks of 2010, Russia planned to supply 1.5 million tons of oil. However, only 577,000 tons were supplied, reports the Russian news agency RosBusnessConsulting. This has not affected the transit of Russian oil to the other countries in Europe via the Druzhba oil pipeline.
