Russian Minister of Finance thinks credit to Belarus may be allocated by end of year

The Russian vice Prime Minister of Finance Aleksei Kudrin thinks that Belarus could receive a credit till the end of the year
He also noted that sums for allocating credits to different countries have been included in the issue “Foreign debt” of the federal budget for 2007. These sums allow allocating a 1.5 billion USD credit to Belarus.

According to Kudrin, it depends on interstate relations, meetings and contacts of the two governments.
