Rymasheuski strived for elimination of Belarusian language from academic program during his school years

Brest team of Christian Democrats organized a meeting with the presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski. About 200 voters came to the meeting.

Rymasheuski told his campaign was financed by the Belarusian voters.

Rymasheuski: "Businessmen give us 3 thousand dollars sometimes, ordinary working people give us 300 thousand roubles - and this is equal if we compare their incomes, so I am grateful to all of them. Belarusian politics will be independent only when financed with Belarusian money".

Rymasheuski also told at the meeting that he had strived for elimination of the Belarusian language from the academic program when he had been in the 6th school grade, as "no one used it". However, the politician promised to make an attempt to reinstate Belarusian as the only state language for ten years of convincing work after the victory.
