“Solidarity destroys walls” action to take place in Warsaw
An action of solidarity with Belarusian political prisoners and their families will take place in Castle Square, Warsaw, on February 16. It will begin at 5 p.m.
The coordinator of the “European Belarus” campaign Zmitser Barodka has informed on air that the action is called “Solidarity destroys walls”. It will consist of several parts and a little performance.
"This is an information action in the first place, - says Barodka. – Due to the current events in Egypt and Tunisia people in Europe and all over the world are starting to forget about the Belarusian events. I would like to remind that dozens of people, suspected and accused, are kept in jail in Belarus. We have to knock on different doors and remind about the events taking place in Belarus”.
