Supreme Court confuses “Women” with Milinkevich
The press-secretary of the Supreme Court Anastasiya Tsymanovich informed that the appeal to liquidate the Belarusian women’s party “Nadzeya” would be considered today.
However, the leader of the party Alena Yaskova informed ERB that their case had been confused with the case of Alyaksandr Milinkevich who complained about the refusal of the Ministry of Justice to register ‘The Movement “For Freedom”.
Alena Yaskova: “We had an interlocution in the Supreme Court on September 12. We agreed that I would phone the judge tomorrow, on Thursday, and would come on Friday to present written documents we consider necessary to rebut the accusation of the Ministry of Justice”.
The discussion of Milinkevich’s complaint has already started in the Supreme Court.
According to Yaskova, the hearing of the case of the Women’s party has not been appointed yet.
