Surikov: Belarusian gas price to be about $200 at the beginning of 2009
The price for gas in Belarus will be about 200 dollars for one thousand cubic metres in the first quarter of 2009. The Russian Ambassador to Belarus Alexander Surikov informed about it at a press conference in Minsk on February 6. At the same time the diplomat noted that the average annual price may be about 150 dollars or a bit lower or higher”, - reports BelaPAN.
Let us remind you that the Belarusian Prime Minister Syarhei Sidorski claimed that Belarus would get gas for 140-150 dollars for 1 thousand cubic meters on February 5. He added that the price would decrease during the year.
