Twelve victims of Minsk's July 4 bomb explosion still remained in
hospitals as of Monday morning, BelaPAN reported citing the press office of the health
ministry. One person with multiple injuries was still in serious condition, according to the report.
More than 50 people were reportedly injured by the explosion of a homemade time bomb during an Independence Day concert at about 00:30 a.m. on July 4. No fatalities were reported.
