Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu claims "both Europe and Russia" are ready to support him

The candidate has said that in his speech on the state radio this morning, BelaPAN reports. He is convinced it is necessary to develop relations with the EU, but not for the price of abandoning Russia.  Nyaklyaeu has promised that every mother will receive a maternity capital of 25 thousand dollars upon giving birth to a child. Moreover, the people's capitals made in Soviet times will be returned. In case he is elected, the candidate plans to start reimbursements to the children of war, the way it is done in Ukraine.  

Nyaklyaeu has also expressed his negative attitude towards abolishment of benefits for pensioners, students, Chernobyl casualties and other social categories. 

Besides, Aliaksandr Lukashenka has refused to make a radio speech this morning.
