Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu: "To win and become President"
The leader of the "Tell the Truth" campaign Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu presented thesises of his pre-electoral program on September 16 in Minsk.
The presidential contender says social and demographic problems, the problem of survival of the Belarusian nation, are at the first place for him. Politics, according to Nyaklyaeu, "is just an instrument for solving this issue".
