Venezuelan citizen summoned to court for wearing anti-Chavez T-shirt

A Venezuelan citizen has been ordered to appear in court for wearing a Chavez T-shirt, informs the newspaper "Nasha Niva". To the investigators' opinion, the sign on the T-shirt insulted the President of the country Hugo Chavez.  A 49-year-old Hernández Soket was arrested at the baseball game in February for wearing a T-shirt that said "Hugo, I shit on your revolution".

According to Hernández, people at the stadium told him the words of support during the arrest procedure. Later he was released under an obligation to appear in court on a regular basis.

Soket claims he has appeared in court regularly until the last week. This Monday he has received a summon to the court trial. He added that the trial would start on December 1 in the criminal court of Nueva Esparta.
