Village drunken driver fined for Br10 million
An inhabitant of Hatynichy village (Hantsavichy District) has been fined for 10 million roubles for drunken driving.
The police caught him trying to ram a broken car of a fellow-villager in a self-made tractor in a state of intoxication. He was caught for repeated drunken driving which explains the record sum of the fine.
