Will Belarus get gas for $128 if it recognizes Abkhazia and South Ossetia?

Negotiations of the Belarusian and Russian Presidents Alyaksandr Lukashenka and Dmitrii Medvedev will take place in Moscow today. Lukashenka has left for the neighbouring country to assure his Russian colleague to make financial concessions to Belarus. According to “Komemrsant”, the goal of the trip is to preserve the current gas price ($128 for 1 thousand cubic metres) and to give the official Minsk a rouble credit of many billions.

The Russian edition notes that Lukashenka may get a positive reply if he finally recognizes the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia and lets “Gazprom” to have the control stock of “Beltransgaz”.
