Will development of China, Russia and India result in world conflict?

The US National Intelligence Director Mike McConnell thinks that the risk of an international conflict grows with the development of China, Russia and India. "If the current tendencies persist, China will be on the way to become the leading world economy by 2025”, - he thinks. India and Russia will be catching up to it, noted McConnell.
