Witness: Police put cordons and kept people off
Anton, one of the witnesses of the explosion that took place during a festive concert dated for Independence Day in Minsk, told ERB that only those who were nearby and the injured noticed the explosion. Anton: There was no panic, because there were fireworks being let off and other special effects during the concert. People reacted to it (to the explosion - ERB) as usual.
According to Anton, the wounded were carried to ambulances that were on duty at the concert. New ambulances started arriving soon afterwards. The police put cordons and let people off the spot.
Anton: I saw a reporter with a camera being driven away.
