Yuras Koptsik: Festival in Krapevenskaye field will take place in any case
A traditional festival of Belarusian bards and poetry “Orsha battle-2008” will take place in Krapivenskaye field near the village of Hatskaushchyna on Saturday, September 6.
One of its organizers Yuras Koptsik says the festival will remain unchanged:
"The festival will remain unchanged. The tradition is the same as in 1991. We are not going to change anything”.
Let us remind you that bards, poets and amateurs of national and historical music will gather near a bonfire in the open air on Saturday evening. A famous bard, the founder of the tradition of celebration of anniversaries of Orsha battle of 1514 Andrei Melnikau will take part in the event. Knights’ clubs may also attend the festival.
