Zhodzina factory “Svitanak” switches to four-day week

Workers of different Zhodzina enterprises will get unpaid leaves instead of Christmas vacations. Furthermore, “Svitanak” factory is getting ready to switch to four-day week.
The administration of the clothes factory has announced that the change will come into power after the New Year’s Day, reports zhodzina.info. It is explained by financial problems caused by the economic crisis. Thus, workers will start losing about 20% of their wages at “Svitanak”. In addition to it, the administration of the factory “advised” workers to take unpaid leaves for three days before the New Year’s Day.

By the way, “BelAZ” workers were also asked to fill in applications for 2-days unpaid leaves on the eve of Christmas holidays the other day.
