Zimouski agrees to conduct debates “about Kazulin’s case”
The Belarusian radio and TV broadcasting company does not mind organizing debates about political prisoners in our country. A laywer Ihar Rynkevich received this reply from its director Alyaksandr Zimouski.
Rynkevіch: "It is necessary to have the materials of the case in order to conduct debates “about the criminal case of Alyaksandr Kazulin”. If the demand is satisfied, the problem can be solved”.
The former lawyer of Alyaksandr Kazulin is ready to present the materials on behalf of the political prisoner’s advocates to the TV Company. However, the Belarusian Minister of Internal Affaires has not given any reply yet. Rynkevich wanted to organize the debates about the problem of political prisoners in Belarus with him. It was caused by Navumau’s statement about the absence of such prisoners in Belarus.
Ryhkevch’s appeal was sent on March 25. The lawyer reminds that the month to consider citizens’ appeals guaranteed by the law has passed. He does not exclude that he will use all legal means in order to demand a reply from Navumau.
Having reminded about Navumau’s idea of organizing a marathon around Lake Narach, Rynkevich suggested organizing a marathon from Minsk to the colony “Vitsba-3”. Let us remind you that the former presidential candidate Alyaksandr Kazulin imprisoned for 5 and a half years is serving his sentence there.
