The 27-year-old man died of severe injuries in hospital. It turned out that he lived at Ivyanets settlement (Valozhyn Distcrict) and was sent to Valozhyn penal labour camp in February but ran away on March 6.

The expertise showed that he was sober when the accident happened. There is no information about the state of Uladzіmіr Patupchyk. By the way, the minister called an ambulance, the Driving Inspectorate and tried to give the man first aid.

The investigation is in process now. The Driving Inspectorate confirmed that the weather was fine and the road was clear on that day, informs “Ezhednevnik”.
