100 new cafes to open in Minsk next year?
Minsk Mayor Mikhail Paulaw has made a commitment that at least 100 cafes and restaurants will be opened every year. This translates into almost 10 cafes monthly. Meanwhile, cafe owners complain about high rental costs and taxes, writes Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belarusi newspaper.
