10:46 Moldova resumes wine supplies to Belarus
Moldova has shipped the first 100 thousand decaliters of raw wine to Belarus. Export transactions are carried out through a recently established Moldovan-Belarus joint venture «Moldbelvin». At the same time, the export of bottled wine has not yet been restored, accordinig to the New Region news agency.
On January 1, Moldova suspended exports of raw wine to Belarus, causing this country to ban the import of Moldovan bottled wines. Moldova explained it wanted to raise the quality of its wines and increase controls over the production process.
