105 Br thousand fine for no flicker starting from February 23

The fine for pedestrians without flickers at night will be increased on February 23. BelTA informs about it. The corresponding amendments will be added to the Administrative Code on that day. At the moment pedestrians are fined for 17.5 thousand rubles or get a warning for such a violation. According to the new rules, the fine will be from one to three base amounts (from 35 thousand rubles to 105 thousand rubles).

Furthermore, pedestrians violating any other road rules will also be fined for the same sum.
