12:41 Buying cars to be facilitated
The Belarus Ministry of Justice has received a revised draft of the resolution, which is to saet out simplified procedures for the registration of vehicles and buying insurance policies during sale transactions.
A person who has purchased a car will be allowed to register the vehicles with her or his residence address on condition that the buy-and-sell agreement has been registered with the police authorities. Currently, vehicles are sold in an oral form, which requires the physical presence of both the buyer and the seller.
