This announcement was made by the head of the EU delegation on relations with Belarus Bahdan Klih.

“Our neighbour needs Europeans prospects in order to become stable and safe and to develop democratic institutions”, thinks the politician.

He added that they had already proposed some ideas to the Belarusian authorities and that Europe could only wait for a response of the official Minsk,  reports an on-line newspaper naviny.by
