13:20 Lithuanians illegally cross the Latvian border on a balloon
It was decided not to punish the Lithuanians for illegal crossing of the Latvian border.
They arrived in Latvia and landed in Tukum District. They had arranged that flight with Latvian officials but then they deviated form their route.
According to Latvian laws, everyone should have been fined for 27 USD for illegal crossing of the border. But it was decided not to fine the Lithuanians, reports “Interfax”.
