161 road accidents occurred in Minsk at week-end
Minsk driving inspectorate has informed ERB about it. Pedestrians were involved in four accidents. Four people were injured.
A Minsker died as a result of one of the accidents. The tragedy occurred on the evening of November 5. A man was driving along Independence Avenue. A pedestrian fell under the wheels of his car, explained a Minsk driving inspector Liliya Hlinskaya to ERB.
Hlinskaya: "A man was driving an Iveco at about 5 p.m. He was driving along Independence Avenue. He ran over a man who fell down on the road to the right of the curb. As a result of the accident, the man died of injuries on the spot”.
