20 settlements blacked out by heavy storm in Homel region
20 settlements in the Rahachou district blacked out in the evening of May 26, local emergencies department spokesman Ruslan Habrylyou told Euroradio. According to Habrylyou, people did not suffer from the black-out. Rescuers say heavy wind affected the power lines but they were repaired shortly within several hours.
