-30C frosts to return to Belarus in February

Met experts do not promise early spring in Belarus this year. They have warned the temperature is likely to drop down to minus 30C in February. Dzmitry Rabau, head of the meteorological forecasts at the Belarus Meteorological Center, told Interfax that frosts would reach -12-17C at night by the end of this month's first decade and even -30C in one of the nights.

He also noted it would be warmer at daytime (-5 to - 13C) depending on the region.
