31 check-points installed in Vitsebsk centre

31 check-points will function in the centre of Vitsebsk during the festival “Slavonic Bazaar”. Check-points equipped with radio-metal locators and video cameras will be installed near the main concert stages in Lenin and Zamkavaya Streets and in Frunze Avenue. 
BelaPAN informs that a system of video zoning will also be installed in the city centre and streets will be patrolled by the police with the help of dogs.
