40 out of 220 objects ready for harvest festival in Lida

Over 60 companies are in Lida to beuatify the city for the traditional annual harvest festival Dazhynki'2010. They are building and reconstructing 220 objects, with 40 of them already commissioned. Blog Grodna S13 reports that the construction of an ice palace is in the final touches stage. Color tiles are installed on the square where major festivities will take place. A small helicopter pad for the presidential helicopter will also be built.

The sculpture of a lion holding a shield with the city's key is also ready to be unveiled.
