5 years since murder of Veranika Charkasava

A journalist Veranika Charkasava was killed on October 20 five years ago. The office of the public prosecutor has stopped and resumed the investigation of the case several times since 2004 but the murderer of the journalist has not been found so far. An Internet edition “Solidarity” the journalist worked for before death tried to organize its own investigation but did not attain its object.

BelaPAN informs that the Belarusian Association of Journalists has organized a contest named after Veranika Charkasava  - it is dated for the sad anniversary.
