About 10% of Belarusian population need assistance – Ministry of Labour

About 10% of the Belarusian population or about a million people are on the verge of survival. Their income is less than the living wage so they are considered to be indigent citizens.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection informs about it.

These people have the right for categorical assistance now. It is rendered as monthly or non-permanent social assistance.
