Activist Kiryl Semenchuk sentenced to 6 days of arrest
HRODNA - Kiryl Semenchuk, an activist with Uladzimir Nyaklyeu's campaign headquarters, has been sentenced to six days of arrest, Euroradio listeners and friends of Semenchuk told Euroradio.
Semenchuk was set to take a night train from Hrodna to Minsk. Eyewitnesses said Semenchuk was detained by unknown people at the railway station. The Hrodna Police Department declined to reveal any information about the detainee.
