Andrei Kіm is in republican prison hospital
Andrei Kіm has been in the republican prison hospital since April 24. Eye inflammation aggravated in him when he was in the confinement cell in Valadarski Street. Let us remind you that Minsk Central District Court pronounced the sentence to 10 participants of an unauthorized entrepreneurs’ protest action (that took place in the capital on January 10) on April 22.
They were returned guilty of organization and preparation of actions that outraged the civil order. Moreover, Andrei Kim was accused of a crime mentioned in art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (violence of threatening a policeman with violence).
The judge, Alena Illina, sentenced Andrei Kim to 18 months of imprisonment in a colony.
