Another failure of the Belarusian computer banking system took place yesterday. The network of cash machines of the biggest financial institutions of the country stopped functioning. According to the official version, the reason for the malfunction was power supply stoppage. By the way, it was the second time cash machines had stopped working. They didn’t work but continued taking money from clients’ accounts in January. The reason for the problem was a software bug.
