Are detained being released from Lenin district department of internal affairs?
According to Euroradio’s non-official information, the detained are being
released from the Lenin district department of internal affairs. Charges for
participation in a non-sanctioned action are being made against them, policemen
draw fines of about 300 thousand roubles and let them go.
About 90 detained are there at the moment. According to them, the policemen
do not transport them to the Akrestsina street detention center as there are no
more cells available
