Author of “Democracy Act” to arrive at Square in Belarus
A potential presidential contender of the UCP party Yaraslau Ramanchuk has informed ERB about it. According to the politician, he met a congressman Christopher Smith, the author of “Democracy Act in Belarus” in Washington.
Ramanchuk: "Smith said that he would be an observer and would be with us in the square at 7 p.m. on December 19 if he was given a visa. He will bring 10 congressmen with him and they will watch the poll”.
