Authorities of Minsk seek buildings for graffiti

Minsk city authorities decided it would be better to allow graffiti artists to paint on some buildings than to keep a constant struggle with them, informs Belteleradiocompany. Thus, an original contest will be organized for graffiti artists in the end of September, for the first time ever. The organizers promise to provide paint. Best artists will be rewarded. It is worth mentioning that the city pays approximately 40 million roubles per year for restoration of the buildings' facades.
