Babruisk activists inform about telephone communication problems

Babruisk democratic activists inform that the incoming calls to their mobile phones have been blocked since morning on December 19. Their mobile operator is Velcom. Ryhor Kastusyou's representative Siarhej Latsinski complained about this to Velcom several times already. He also said his outgoing calls were interrupted constantly. Several Babruisk activists also complained that the telephone connection was poor or absent at all today. For example, democratic activists cannot reach each other, but if they call other people, like family members or "neutral" friends, everything is in order.
