However, the staff of “Babruisk-Arena” is already aware of it, reports “Bulletin-Online”. The idea pronounced by employees of “Babruisk-Arena” is like this: it is very hot outside and refrigerators do not manage to produce enough ice.

But rumours about the incompleteness of the Ice Palace have been circulating since the day of its pompous opening. It was opened 18 months earlier than builders had predicted.
