Babruisk criminal “authority” detained in Moscow is let off
Uladzimir Birukou, a criminal authority wanted by the Belarusian police, has been let off by Moscow Office of the Public Prosecutor.
The Russian side explained the decision by the fact that criminal “authority” Bira was a Russian citizen while the criminal case against him had been started in Belarus and only the Belarusian police had announced him wanted.
If materials of the criminal case are sent in Moscow, the Russian side will study them and take a decision whether the case should be sent to the court or closed.
According to the Belarusian police, materials of Bira’s case make up about several dozens of volumes, reports “Interfax”.
Let us remind you that Ulazdimir Birukou was detained in Moscow on February 19. Belarus announced him wanted for legalization of his criminal income, tax evasion, swindle and blackmail.
