Bad weather, police blamed for beer festival failure in Lahoisk

Bad weather and high security distracted people from taking part in the Beer Mug-2008 festival in Lahoisk. Belarus Partisan reports that the beer festival was taking place last weekend with the participation of local and foreign breweries. The concert of Palac band could gather not more than 100 people on the first day of the festival.

This year, the festival gathered the lowest audience over its five-year history. In 2007, 14,000 people took part in the festival, according to organizers.
