The former President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiyev sent a letter to the unofficial CSTO summit that took place in Moscow on May 8. He asked to dispatch troops to the country. The letter was brought by the Belarusian leader Alyaksandr Lukashenka, reports “Gazeta.Ru”.
