Ballots for voting to be delivered to election precincts on December 13
Ballots for voting will be delivered to election precincts on December 13. The Central Election Commission's Secretary Mikalaj Lazavik has informed about this, reports BELTA. Lazavik has told that 7,447 million ballots will be issued, according to the Central Election Commission's decision. The quantity of ballots surpasses the quantity of voters, but by no more than 5%, as required by legislation.
As the quantity of ballots is rather big, they are being printed in smaller lots and delivered to regional election commissions. Then they will be directed to district election commissions, and after that - to election precincts.
Pre-term voting starts all over the country on December 14, the presidential election will take place on December 19, 2010.
