Basement blast injures Belarus workers in St Petersburg
A blast in the basement of a house in St Petersburg injured three workers from Belarus. A 40-year-old man remains in a critical condition in a local hospital. A 27-year-old man and a 37-year-old have also suffered heavy injuries and remain in a hospital.
