Belarus is 94th on world's list of peace-loving countries

Belarus has been ranked 94th among 140 countries in the annual peace-loving rating, released by the British Institute of Economy and Peace in cooperation with The Economist magazine, writes Nasha Niva newspaper.

Researchers evaluated the countries, using 24 criteria associated with the foreign police and internal situation: human rights record, political stability, crime, terrorism threat, armed conflicts and others.

Iceland, Denmark and Norway are named as the most peace-loving countries.
